CCoA offers Community Acclimation Assistance designed to connect the employee and their family to our area as it relates to their practical needs, hobbies, and social goals.
CCoA provides a personalized, immersive area orientation experience. We provide pre-decision services through post-relocation introductions and resources so your critical talent embraces our new community, accepts the move and are more immediately engaged and productive.
The first impression is critical as a move far from home can be overwhelming. Our local team of ambassadors helps your candidates or employees realize the vibrant, diverse, and amenity-rich neighborhoods throughout our area. We schedule a deep-dive conversations to help identify priorities, introduce neighbors, communities, culture and more as noted below. We hope to help shape their new life with those who share similar interests!
There are a variety of scenarios that would inhibit someone from relocating, even if the position offered to them is their dream job. Perhaps they have aging parents under their care, and they need to be certain that local resources are in place to support them. Or perhaps they practice a religion and are unwilling to relocate to an area that lacks a local house of worship for them.
These are conversations that may be inappropriate to have at the workplace with your hiring team, yet they greatly influence your candidate's decision in accepting or declining your offer of employment. At CCoA, we can set them at ease by addressing these concerns and providing the answers they are searching for as we leverage a network of local resources to connect the family or individual to the community.
CCoA serves as an extension to the employer’s efforts to integrate the new hire into the community by helping them and their family integrate quickly. Areas we look to help in:
